Off topic (kinda) Suggestions needed: I am running a craft services table next week for a small independent film that will be shooting some scenes here next week. A craft service table is a table of quick grab & go type snacks that the crew and cast can grab from between scenes and between catered meals. My boyfriend and I have been meatless since January and have some experience with plant based meals but there are a lot of vegetarians on the cast and crew and I am trying to come up with ideas before I go shopping later this week. We will have no access to electricity as the craft table will be on location. I need ideas for quick grab and go type snacks/items that arent messy (so the actors dont accidently spill on their clothes) and can remain on a table all day without going bad. We will have coolers with ice with us. We are already planning on having plenty of fruit and veggie trays available but the director wants us to have options. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
