Off late, I have realized that Face Book or Social media is mostly used only as a source of entertainment or a cheap & convenient medium of being connected with people with a view to exchange latest pictures or discuss about the politics, jokes, paining,quote, slide,cartoon, trip or event etc i.e. nothing serious but a casual time pass with more emphasis on number of likes, shares and copy pest in different groups, all with only intention to engage themselves in some harmless time killing activity & still be in the limelight. I specifically notice that many of us deliberately avoid giving their free and frank opinion on the burning issues with a view to avoid unnecessary controversy. I dont know whether their stand is justified as the opinion makers, as to me, this world is suffering a lot not because of all the wrong things by those wrong doers but for the passive outlook and mere blind spectators view adopted by these right doers in taking a firm stand by simply avoiding the debates. They may still be right in their own way and may gain or succeed by avoiding losses but OUR society certainly is a big big looser for their SILENCE, especially when their speaking is badly needed. Let us test how many comments come on even this post in favor of or against my above view.
