Off shopping today to get some nice new clothes 😃 Decided to go through some old pics and i still cant believe how far ive come with the products and great support throughout. My hair and nails are stronger and grow much quicker. With having eczema its normally this time of year where my skin flares up and very irritable but since starting the clean eating and shakes plan last June my skin is soo much better.
