Office admin- Parramatta We are seeking an Reception/ Admin Officer for a commercial kitchen appliance supplier located in Parramatta. DUTIES * Answering the phone and directing the call to the appropriate department * Typing correspondence and sending via post, fax or email. * Filing of paperwork and scanning of documents * Maintaining filing cabinets and files and opening new files as needed. * Answer enquiries for product availability and freight costs from dealers * Provide quotations for website/email enquiries from direct customers * Assisting Managing Director with correspondence, quotations etc * Mail invoices daily and then file white & yellow copies of sales docket * Enter equipment with serial numbers into manual stock books when they arrive in container * Update and maintain equipment and accessories stock levels by regularly updating and printing excel spread sheet in computer * Arrange travel details such as flights, accommodation for staff and overseas visitors and liaise with Accounts Manager for payment * Assist Purchasing Officer and Dispatch Officer with daily duties as needed * Data entry and maintenance of dealers & service agents lists within The Service Manager (TSM) database program and excel with updated addresses, account details and discount structure. REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: Office/Receptionist experience (min 2 years) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
