Officers ask for people to keep their hands out of their pockets for a reason. The video clearly shows it doesnt matter who you are.. the officer should always practice safety.. This is a prime example of why officers demand to keep your hands out of your pocket... Officers be safe and make sure you can always see the persons hands that you are dealing with.. doesnt matter who it is... Keeping yourself safe is what is important...
