Official message of the USN High Council to the Djibouti Nation The USN High Council informs the people of Djibouti, according to the proven facts and consistent reliable information, the regime in place has decided on a plan with a macabre physical violence against leaders, youth, women and other activists of the USN. As noted by everyone, the enforcement of this plan began in Saturday, May 3, 2014 by the devastation of the UDJ opposition party headquarters, where the USN held a meeting. In this bloody attack against USN activists, 33 people were wounded, retaining only the number of people requiring medical intervention. We also know that, as part of this macabre plan, and on the basis of shameful criteria, units in civilian clothes have been specially made to continue and systematize the USN anti- violence. It is clear that the objective of this machiavellian plan is to create a situation of civil war in the Republic of Djibouti. For all the consequences of these very serious developments, the USN holds responsible Mr. Ismaël Omar Guelleh . All the executors of these actions, clearly identified by the USN and by the Djiboutian people, will individually be accountable of their criminal acts.
