Official weigh in results...I started this challenge 14 months ago...I had neck surgery which put me in a nursing home for physical therapy rehabilitation. I went into the nursing home at 137, I left at 186 one month later. I immediately lost 15 pounds from water weight etc. and then worked very hard for months but plateaued at 150 and couldnt lose the weight.....the p ast few months I have really out my mind to it and with changing my diet, working crazy hours, stress lol and lifestyle changes I have officially hit 135 again!!!
