Oh, Dear God. My sister forced me into a new lose weight plan again. I have tried many program before like NutriSystem, the Zone Diet and even medication prescribed by a physician. I am hate joining another diet again. But my sister chose not to obey my advice I will be extremely grateful that she did not. So I began this weight loss program reallyskeptical.
