Oh, Dear God. My sister forced me into another lose weight program again. Ive tried everything before like NutriSystem, Jenny Craig and even medication prescribed by a physician. I dont want to waste my time on another diet again. But my sister chose not to heed my advice I will be extremely grateful that she did not. So I started this weight loss program reallydoubtful.
