Oh! It is Christmas! A day of celebrating the birth of Jesus! Last night after our Country Church Christmas, I thought about how anyone could doubt the presence of Jesus. This was predicted long ago... Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. And came to pass as it states in ... Luke 2:7 And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn. We can try and talk ourselves out of believing. We can tell ourselves we dont need a savior. But eventually we will find ourselves in a position of no hope. We will be desperate to believe in something to help us, comfort us, and love us. Why not let what we believe in be Jesus? It has been proven that the facts in our bible are true. This Christmas lets open up the best gift ever! Lets open up hope, truth, light, mercy, grace, love and eternal life! Let us be present in the presence of God. Focusing on Him and what this holiday is really about will touch your heart in a way that no other present could. This day accept the forgiveness and grace of the Father! Merry Christmas to everyone!
