Oh Lord God ! Help the shepherd and leaders to straighten their minds and manage their time effectively.Afterall, we are all doing your great work. Lord ! Let there be no negative thinking or personals feeling among care groups, church members and the leaders...Oh Lord ! please forgive them...let there be love one another and in depth of understanding with one another... let there be no hypocrites ..let there be no suspicion ..let there be light and truth.... Oh Lord ! Help me to smoothen your work......Lord I am sadden and despair ..I cant carry on with your work effectively, there were hiccups by men...Lord, Is it because of their busyness, or power over authority.
