Oh My.. what a day so far. I had a purchase closing this morning where the buyers were a married couple who were BORN the same year I GRADUATED. Then I just did one for a couple who was refinancing because their daughter has cancer and she was born the same year I was born. The first one almost made me cry because I felt so old and the second almost made me cry because shes so young. Irony!!!!! Grateful for who I am, who I have in my life and my and my friends and familys health!!!
