I had him on several cases over the years, including a felony DUI with great bodily injury a couple of years ago, where he adjusted the report to show my client at fault. I left a retired SDPD officer on the jury. When Flores tried to explain on cross examination, the juror saw through it and called BS. Not Guilty. Disappointing that the CHPs position on this matter is no comment instead of we find the actions of Officer Flores to be an improper use of his discretion and authority and will be having him on desk duty for the next three months.
