Oh Thanks to Verizon Techs, I am back online. Friday night I got a scare that there was a problem with my computer and I should get help, so I just shut down the computer for the weekend, and they have just finished getting me back up and running again. After Patchisas experience, I didnt want to take chances so just shut down until I could get real help. I am still so sorry about what happened to you Patchisa and I still think I would go for help and not give up because your data just might still be there somewhere, Dear.
