Oh Yes.. we know what to do with kids that point finger guns, eat mistakenly Pop Tarts into the shape of a gun and those that dont realize that their dad left his fishing knife stuck in the back seat of his car. We suspend them - no questions ask. BUT - were really not sure what to do with 3rd graders caught smoking marijuana in the bathroom or teachers that do heroine in the teachers bathroom at school.
