“Oh, how great are Gods riches and wisdom and knowledge! How impossible it is for us to understand his decisions and his ways! ~~ Romans 11:33 God has a perfect plan where every piece fits neatly together; but there are many connections our finite minds fail to comprehend. We can’t always see the purpose of our trials or the lessons we’re to learn, He screens the trials that come to each of us as believers, allowing only those that accomplish His good plan. He takes no joy in human agony. Welcome to the world of finite humans trying to comprehend an infinite God. Whats clear is that God permits all sorts of things He doesnt approve of. He allows others to do what He would never do. He didnt steal Jobs camels or entice bandits to wreak havoc on him, yet He didnt take His hand off the wheel for thirty seconds either. We may not fully understand this love, but the little we know is enough to create a desire to live a life of devotion and faith. One day, all His mysteries will be perfectly revealed. Until then we need to simply continue to worship and trust. Do your circumstances seem to be careening out of control? You may never understand, but remember that God is with you through it, loving you and caring...and allowing the details to play out exactly in accordance with His plan.
