Oh it makes my heart pound to share this, trust me. BUT, as a mom of 3 and business owner, I wanted to get my health back in order. Not just for myself, but for my family too. I am 100% NOT ashamed by either photo, that body on the left birthed 3 beautiful babies and Ill take the extra skin and stretch marks for it any day. I do however feel so much better eating healthier and working out regularly and everyone in my family has benefited from it =)
