Oh man---had a wonderful dinner tonight! In going through some recipes, found one for steak rolls. Thinly pounded round steak stuffed with a stuffing of pancetta and ham sauteed with celery and onion and then the round steak is wrapped around it and its baked in beef gravy. Came from the Detroit Free Press and the date was 1966. Served with buttermilk mashed potatoes, this really is one of the tastiest recipes Ive had in quite awhile!
