Oh man I just finished my garlic rub on a roast pork I bought last week.. pork shoulder. I pulled out all my spice rack for this one it is such a beautiful piece of meat. I just made an olive oi, garlic, onion and 7 other spice rub and its in the oven now at 225... I expect my mega beloved whack job psycho nephew over today around 5.... should just be coming out of the oven right about then. Folks... all day long... this place is going to be smelling like serious YUM! Nanna, you would be so proud of me! AND... I am also happy to say... i used ONLY KOSHER spices on the pork roast... (Hey... I do what I can ya know?)
