Oh, man. This video hit me pretty hard. I might not have been through what this man has been through. But I can relate with him. For the longest period of my life I was lost and I felt alone. Things felt dark. I kept falling and with every ounce of strength I had, I kept getting up. But as we all know there is only so much a person can handle. So one day I fell and I didnt want to get back up. But just like the man in the video. I kept praying, looking for something. Then I felt something, it was different. I felt love and warmth. I felt like I was coming home to somewhere Ive never been. I suddenly didnt feel so lost and confused. I definitely didnt feel alone anymore. Ill be the first to admit, in some ways Im still lost and imperfect. But I do know that with the Gospel of Jesus Christ everything will turn out ok. Not by my efforts alone, but with the guidance and love of our Father up above. Like the man said in the video, It takes an act of faith to open up our minds to the Light of Christ.
