Oh my! Was I in a bad mood yesterday! It was one of those days. Everything aggravated me, not to mention everything ached from my...umm...condition! I even called my husband to say you may want to be on your best behavior today! Poor man! Yep, it was one of those days. But then, we had an ultrasound to see the little one. The doctor focused in, and we saw those little hands and feet; those eyes, and that perfect heart that I pray beats and loves for many years to come. I was teary...and in that moment, all the aches were worth it. What a gift! What a blessing! What a miracle! Ive done absolutely nothing (just complain and eat...and complain about eating), and there, growing peacefully in me, is a perfect being. Im still a little aggravated (blame the hormones), and will be achy for a bit (blame the child), but so blessed (thank God).
