Oh my goodness! If you need a refridgerator do yourself a favor and do NOT buy from Lowes!! I love the fridge, when it works , but we have had it 2 yrs and it broke down within 7 days of purchase and instead of a new fridge a repair man was sent. HE is the bigger issue. He speaks to you like you are a figging idiot at his mercy. Our water in the door recently stopped working , not the first time.. we made sure the line was primed and the filter was not frozen , back cleared of dust.. etc. It needs a new motor. I am a fkn hairdresser and even I know that. When you try to get water it doesnt even make sound like it is spitting water out. This repairman was here a WEEK ago, did nothing but act like we are retarded and turn the fridge and freezer up so much even icecream will not stay frozen .. being told Ice cream evaporates over time and goes soft not in ONE FKN DAY. Left with the filter out to thaw (which we allowed for THREE DAYS) and were told to call in a day if no change. Called FRIDAY... were put off until today.. now he wants everything out of fridge (to rot) while he dicks around and STILL doesnt fix it. He has Lowes contract, so we are stuck but save yourselves!!!! You dont want to deal with this jerk, trust me. I swear if he uses that fkn tone on me today I will have his fkn contract!! Ugh!!!!
