Oh my gosh! It is happening, World Pride, Commonwealth Games and Rome! The tickets are in and I am confirmed to go. I have received my amazing world class itinerary for the World Pride in Toronto which will see me helicopter over the Niagara Falls and kayak in its waters. From tours to the Human Rights Convention, Ill be sharing in the culture and learning how to be a better contributor to our global collective causes. I can now also finally confirm that I have been invited by Pridehouse to perform in Glasgow during the Commonwealth Games. This will be an opportunity to campaign for LGBT rights in a way that was not possible in Sochi. Even though some 40 of the countries in attendance have severely draconian laws affecting their LGBT, we will be in the very accepting climate of Scotland and thus have the perfect opportunity to suggest, persuade, petition and request the recognition of gay rights as human rights and human rights as gay rights... Visibility is key. There is much work to be done. Only 8 more days until the next adventure begins. Toronto, I shall see you very very soon!!
