Oh no!! That moment where I have a truly TERRIBLE and unacceptable lunch out somewhere back in May, with half-shucked Oysters, not separated from their shells, their shells being FILTHY and leaving my hands covered in some slimy sea gunk, dried out old samphire layered like a bonfire over your Oysters, and CHUNKS of shell in every single one of the half dozen.... so you slate the restaurant on Tripadvisor in a major vitriolic way (having some kind of serious food critic moment and thinking im a judge on Top Chef)... and then I check my Tripadvisor account and find the restaurant in question has sent me a apology in private message, offering me a free meal for two to make up for it. But I feel so terribly guilty for cutting them up now (even if everything was dirty and below even basic culinary standards) that I cant possibly accept! OH NO.
