Oh, the things Im being forced to learn.... Im proud to say that all of those years and dollars preparing for med school have finally paid off. After an emergency family injury this AM, I was forced to go into the operating room and perform a procedure myself. It was touch and go for awhile, but my training had prepared me to not get faint at the sight of stuffing. Since surgery, the appendage reattach meant seems to be holding well, and the patient is recovering nicely. His best friend did not leave his side throughout the entire procedure and says that Rah is playing better than ever.
