Oh things are happening fast, my little patch 10 minutes from my house is producing abundantly. Im happy that they are russula but which one Im not sure. The cleanest white mushroom I ever picked. White spores, no real strong scent, the base was very brittle, so hard to pick them cleanly, growing well above the grass, under beech surrounded by boletes. The caps lilac at first progressing to dark lilac and mottled olive green. Can anyone narrow the ID down please
