Oh we love to hear more of these.. ^_^ Guest Review from our recent trekking couple David and Lyn De Souza :) :) We recently returned from the most amazing trip to Nepal and the Himalayas (Annapurna Sanctuary Base Camp trek). We really can’t say enough about how well iTrek Nepal looked after us – the people we met both in Kathmandu (Andy, Shree, Nepal) and then our guide and porters (Suman, Akash, Jivan) were unbelievable - so hospitable, caring, fun, knowledgeable and really couldnt do enough for us. The Annapurnas were extraordinarily beautiful - fertile green valleys, waterfalls, bridges with stunning views of the mountains - from dawn to sunset - whether shrouded in mist or majestically towering in brilliant sunshine. We felt so alive hiking all day - stretching ourselves certainly but frequently rewarded with wonderful views, plenty of stops for refreshments including a few German Bakery Cafes for wonderful cappuccinos, enjoying the camaraderie of our hiker family of 3 tourists and iTrek staff, plus sharing our daily adventures with hikers from around the globe. The warm and friendly Nepalese people in villages and teahouses provided us with everything we needed, surprising us with extensive menus which were way beyond the Dhal Bhat dishes we had anticipated.
