Oh wow what a bad past few days. I will some it up: April my 25 yr old healthy horse got choked on some hay and had an obstruction that the vet thought may need surgery, but suggested not to because of her age. So after doping her up found the obstruction to be past were she could get it dislodged so told me to walk her gave her a few shots to help her go potty and at 1:30 I started walking. She said I can bring her into the vet clinic in the morning if she was still around and still had not gone potty. I walked until 2 a.m. walking and even getting on her and riding her and loading her in and out of a horse trailer. After 2 a.m. I loaded her into the horse trailer and she pooped. Normally I say, "Crap, had to wait till you got to the trailer? REALLY????!!!" But this time I cried and was happy. So I am taking them home tonight and a semi jack knifes in front of me about 7 cars ahead of me and we all slam on our brakes I am far enough behind everyone to not hit anyone but slam my 3 horses into each other and poor April goes down and under JeaMar, So I have to on the hwy pull Athena out, then keep yanking on April, who is in shock, until she jumps up, then load Athena back into the trailer and wait in wrenching heat for them to get the 18 wheeler out of the way... I am home and tore up, but everyone is happy and eating grass.
