Oh yayaya what a fab day!! Sun definitely comes after the storm!! :-) Had a meeting with a director this afternoon to chat about what I thought would be a bit part assistant role with costumes for her short film. After a lovely chat...glad I read the script so could speak enthusiastically & at least somewhat knowledgeably about the plot, characters, theme, period etc.... I have now found myself the head of costume department on a truly intriguingly themed film!! Will have a bit of authority, with my own assistant to boss around..Nah collaborate of course as will probably value some help!!! Unexpectedly spent a couple of hours looking through costumes at VCA..have another appointment organised for MTC on Monday & then return to pick up a bunch of the costumes Wednesday for a preshoot on Thursday!!! pew sounds exhausting enough BUT I went a bit crazy last few days & have already just booked a million meetings, castings, shoots, picked up some extra roles, booked some promo work & OMG hopefully not forgetting anything!!! YAY I am so excited to have so much going on!!!! ...but will have room double check all the shooting days as may clash with one or maybe even two runways/shows I have booked!!! eepp no more applying to jobs Veronica :-P Least I am haaapppyy right now YAY xxxxxxx
