Oil Free Chinese Style Stir Fry: Patience Mutavayi Required: 500g Lean Beef Mince Fresh Chinese Water Chestnut and Bamboo shoots Stir Fry mix (I found mine in Asda in the vegetable section) Chinese Free Range Egg Noodles (same as above from Asda) Cooked and peeled Prawn Soy Sauce Salt to taste Method: Cook and brown the Minced meat in the Wok till cooked through and browned (do not add any oil at any time the meat juices will help and then it will brown once the juices have evaporated). Once the mince has been browned add the Stir Fry mix. Mix well with a wooden spoon and place a lid on the wok (you may add either about 10ml of water or Soy sauce, I added some Soy Sauce). Leave for about 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat on the stove. I like my veg well cooked so mine was left for about 25minutes on medium heat. Add the noodles and Prawn. Add a bit more Soy sauce, about 5ml, and salt to taste and mix well. Leave for another 5 minutes with the lid on the wok on medium heat. Serve and enjoy.
