Ok - no luck with the cottages, so I have resorted to priceline to book hotels in downtown Montreal. I can get 8 rooms for approximately $129/night plus taxes and fees (for a 4-star hotel). I need to list 8 people who are going to be there and check in so here is who I am using - speak now or forever hold your peace. We will be filling the rooms, and its first come, first serve so if you dont confirm and rooms get filled unfortunately you will have to find another hotel in the area if you cant get into the one we are. I am using Sarah Demaiter, Michelle de Jong, James Martin, Angela Martin, Jackie Oulahen, Camie Gedja, Andrew Fung, Matt De Jong. All 8 people I listed MUST be there to check in, so NO backing out!! Some people were considering having their own room so if that is the case let me know please! The sooner we have confirmation the better as the rooms have to be paid up front (and I dont mind it but would like to sort it out sooner than later). Let me know if you have any questions!
