Ok! 15 things you may not know about me: 1. I really, really like numbers, especially odd numbers, and the numbers on things in my life matter to me. Example: when I had jury duty, I was juror #7, and that was a good thing. If I had been #6 or #8 it would have really bothered me. 2. There are very few girls names that I REALLY like. I have always preferred boys names. 3. I have a belly ring. 4. While I have a lot of favorite songs, I would have to say my #1 song of all time: Life in a Northern Town by the Dream Academy. I know, I also am shocked that it is not a show tune!!! 5. I LOVE grapefruit, but I cannot eat it because of the medication I am on. But every once in a while I cheat and have it anyway! 6. I have never been stung by a bee. 7. My guilty pleasure: I own 38 Webkinz, and they are all named after X-Files characters. 8. If I could only read 3 books for the rest of my life, they would be: Atlas Shrugged, A Prayer for Owen Meany, and The Selected Poetry of Rainer Maria Rilke, translated by Stephen Mitchell. 9. My favorite color is yellow, but I hardly ever wear it. 10. I do not like to travel, but in college I spent a month in the Bahamas studying ethnography. 11. Much to my surprise, I have a YouTube channel on which I regularly post videos! (ThePaperBagLady1) 12. When I like a song, I will listen to it over and over and over and over again.......as in the same song, allllll day long. 13. Every time I go to the Magic Kingdom at Disney World, I have to go to the shop where they sprinkle Pixie Dust on the kids heads and have them do it to me. :) 14. Ive always wanted to be a writer, and although I have not written in years, I have folders full of poetry Ive written. 15. My absolute favorite performer is Mandy Patinkin. I have seen him in concert twice. The first time was the night Tim and I decided we would get married someday. The second, he stopped in the middle of his predetermined song list and pulled out some music and handed it to his pianist. He told us that he usually did not sing this song in concert, but that he felt he needed to that night. He then sang Rock a Bye your Baby with a Dixie Melody, which is my favorite song he sings, and I know he was singing that song for me. I was also pregnant at the time, although I did not know it yet! I would give an awful lot to see him perform again. So there you are! This was harder than I thought, as I tried not to repeat things Id said 4 years ago in the 25 random things about me tag.
