Ok, 6 of my permanent garden beds weeded and planted. Worked all afternoon in my large front yard herb garden. Only about 1/2 finished. Lots of roots in one area so permanent plants go there like the thyme and sage that I managed to get put in today. I still have tarragon and sweet marjoram seeds to put in and chamomile. Plus a few others I still need to find. Have my rosemary and lemon balm in. Still have a couple of patches of that oregano to pull out first. Pulled two patches today and put by the roses as ground cover. They were so thick that I just rolled them up like they do those grass plugs and laid them on top of the soil I had prepared by the roses. Quickest and easiest way to do it. Now they can spread where ever, I dont care. It needs to rain so I get some house work done! Havent even started spring cleaning.
