Ok, AVOID THE MOTOROLA DROID4 LIKE THE PLAGUE. I got one less than a year ago and am without a phone for the 3rd time this year. This was a replacement I just got for the phone I had to return last week, I got it Thursday, it lasted less than 4 days. Seems the batteries on some of the new smart phones are not really working. Verizon finally admitted to me today the Motorola Droid4 has been a real problem, and if this had not just been a replacement for a bad phone already they would probably refund my money and allow me to pick a new different phone. It would seem the only phone worse right now is the new iPhone, I was told to avoid it even more than the Droid4. While I was there today 2 iPhones were having to be replaced and the service guy who waited on me said he had already had to replace his own, his daughters and his friends phones, they were all defective because of battery issues as well. As each of these phones has to be taken completely apart to replace the battery, they have to go back to the main IT Ctr. It seems the batteries create too much heat for the small cases, the smaller more powerful phones may be at an end until the US develops better technology and the Chinese steal it from us to improve their phones.
