Ok Amy Race Dailey you said 14 but I just kept on writing...there was wine involved. I apologize for being late. The things you may or may not know about me are: 1) I am deathly afraid of Camel Crickets. I will run screaming like a little kid if one comes near me. 2) I regret not being by my father’s bedside when he died. I missed his passing by 20 minutes. I left to go to Wayne Webb’s 30th birthday party. 3) Chapter nine of The Book Thief turned me into a crying mess…..while on a plane returning from Colorado! Kate looked at me and started crying just because I was crying! 4) I deeply regret not saying anything at Wayne’s funeral. I had the speech in my pocket and give it in my head all the time. I miss him …a lot. 5) I am a vault when it comes to keeping secrets. It drives my wife crazy. I know things about people that could alter their lives . I will take it all to my grave. 6) I am no longer passionate about politics…and I take great delight in pushing peoples buttons when it comes to politics just to get them all riled up. Right Jim Marrotta? 7) I get teary easily. I can be watching a hallmark movie and I will get mushy. God forbid the Budweiser Clydesdale commercial comes on commemorating September 11th. A mess. 8) I was in a Tropicana commercial 9) I was terrified of losing my hair. I actually had a nightmare about it years ago. How shallow. I still have all my hair though ;-) 10) I am in awe of people who do things exceptionally well like play the piano, paint, play a sport , dance, math ..but writing is the thing I wish I was exceptional at. I can’t even spell let alone compose a good paragraph. 11) I don’t miss being younger…I just miss the friends I was young with 12) I absolutely love hanging out with my wife. Nobody else…just us ;-) 13) I am lazy and yet things go my way in a Gumpian kind of way. ( Kate hates it when I say that) 14) I am a total classical music junkie and I crank the volume up and open wine when nobody else is around just like I did when I was 16. Except when I was 16 I was listening to Ozzy Osbourne . 15) I daydream all the time. They put that on my report card when I was little and it is still true now. The problem is that I do it while driving which has resulted in me ending up in an entirely different state from whence I began! 16) I grew up on a farm and raised horses and ducks . 17) I had a pet Black Widow spider in college. My roommates were not pleased. 18) I love musicals….movies, plays…especially plays. An American in Paris….make em laugh…one of the best routines ever. 19) My favorite actors are Cary Grant, Kate Hepburn, Jimmy Stewart and Philadelphia Story is my favorite movie. Not just because they were all in the film but because there was improve that showed how well they all worked together. Honestly I just love old movies. 20) I believe in ghosts…but I don’t believe in God. 21) There is one person on earth that I always know I can say ANYTHING to and she will always love me and I love her for that…my sister Heather. 22) I love that when my family gets together we still laugh. 23) I know that Scott Solloway will have something to say about this list and I love that about him! I went way over 14 and I dont care ;-) Have a peachy night everyone!
