Ok, Coach is about to get real serious with you all--I get that it is New Years, and everyone has the misconstrued idea that if you do a complete 360 on your diet, deny yourself essential macronutrients, and do other DUMB stuff to lose that dreaded 20 lbs you got to post how horrible life is, but if I see another post with the hashtag #TheStruggleIsReal my head is going to explode. The struggle is real? Seriously? You binged over the holidays and now cant use the lousy word MODERATION because that is just too simple? There are people at this very moment, in this very town who are struggling with life and death. Disease, addiction, and REAL starvation. Children, that would be BLESSED to eat chicken and broccoli. To eat ANYTHING. Struggles? You have NO idea what struggle is. I am ashamed to see so many of these posts--lives literally devoted to serving the self.
