Ok Erie drivers. The device on the left side of your steering wheel is called a signal indicator. The use of said device is for indicating whether you (the driver) wants to make a right or a left handed turn. This said device is also used for indicating your lane change. If your are confused on what you want to do then stay in your lane or pull over and figure out what your plan of travel is. This will allow for the driving of us coherent drivers to drive freely and safely about the city without incident. If you dont know how to use or have forgotten how to use above mentioned device, please refer to your vehicles drivers manual. ***rant over
