Ok FB friends and fellow sinus and or chronic headache sufferers. I have had what my physicians and the ER doc are calling a tension headache since last Friday meaning day 10 today. Ive been prescribed 2 different pain meds neither have worked, and had IV Compazine at the ER which took pain from a 7.5 to a 5 but not all the way down to 2 or 3. At this point 2 extra strength Tylenol seem to work the best, but they only last for about 2 hours and have to wait for every 4-5 hours to be taken again. Ive done hot compress, cold packs, steam bath (I do have another sinus infection but none of the pain is in the sinus area infected). Most pain stems from right side stem of neck up to about mid scalp. Had CAT scan no other issues besides infection. ANY GOOD HOME REMEDIES!!
