Ok Family and Friends, I weigh 414 lbs. I know wow. Crazy right? Well, I kept on denying it will get better. Ignoring reality.Hoping there was a easy way out, but easy way costs money and unnecessary scars and even more unneeded surgery. I started to work out today. Taking it slow cause havent worked out since I was in job corps but I half assd that too. Its time for a change. I am not getting an younger, my 25th birthday is in 15 days. My goal weight? How about not a specific number but goal points like walking around my block to walking a mile to walking 2- to around Zorinsky Lake, dropping from 5x clothes to maybe size 16 pants or whatever is cool, fit into roller coaster rides, fit into a car and have the seat belt close, not crying just going up and down the stairs. My goal is to be healthy. Whatever size come may, I will be happy just have to keep working at it and staying strong, fight through the pain.
