Ok .. Heres the update on those roasted peppers I made earlier. They never made it to the salsa stage. I stir fried chicken, onion, mushrooms and tomatoes and added the roasted peppers. It was a spur of the moment idea so it was too late to make Spanish rice for a rice bowl. I will heat up flour tortillas and make burritos. I will use my concoction as a filler along with cheddar cheese. You know you want some!!! LOL 😁
