Ok. How many people here would like to make this reality come true to reopen Moores Lake to modern time? If people are interested, let me know. We could present the idea to the County and see if they are willing to buy the land or a group of investors redevelope it into a modern Lake like it was. The only thing that would be a major need is a New Filtration System that would filter water and clorine at the same time so it would kill anything including algae. And once the county takes ownership of the land and redevelopes this into a modern day Moores Lake, than all we need is volunteers to work it. Please, dont let this dream get away, let it come true. Comment below of how many people are interested and we can form a committee and get ideas together and present the idea to the county.
