Ok, I feel like I cant be objective since Ive been in the apartment business for going on 15 years. Moved in this past Saturday, chose (and pay extra) for a unit that was newly remodeled and Im the first person to live here since everything was replaced. The bathroom sink had the porcelain scratched off by the faucet and you could see the dark gray under. This was how they remedied it. Im not sure what I expected...for them to replace the sink? Is this acceptable? Am I one of those people if I insist this patch isnt good enough? Keep in mind Im paying $1835 for a 2 bedroom apartment ...AND if it were one of my residents I would certainly tell them hell no, but I do low income housing with waiting lists where the profit Margins are next to nothing and marketing doesnt matter. Its been years since I did higher end customer service so I need some perspective.
