Ok! I finally jumped on the Bullet Proof Coffee Cart today! Thats my half-finished cup which I slowly polished off. Being a traditional coffee lover (just strong coffee & cream, no frills) I was worried about the taste but it was actually quite good & didnt overpower coffee flavor! Bullet Proof Coffee is a big fitness & Paleo trend but I tried it out of curiosity & to see if I would get that extra energy/satiation boost. Ill try every afternoon to see what happens. Im at ground zero energy wise, so anything will be a plus. Ill put the recipe I used in comments below & also let everyone know when Im ready to take on the world! :D
