Ok, I had my meeting today with the Director of the Tulsa County Health Department Bruce Dart. He was exactly the the man I was told he was and a great person. He had a idea that he wanted me to embrace and its an idea that I want to embrace. So Im going to try to be a better business owner and work with my health inspector to reach a common goal. I want to promote a more positive relationship between me and them if at all possible. Nothing positive is going to develop out of this continuos mutual dis-respect. I can certainly see why Bruce Dart is the director of the Tulsa County Health Department. Hes highly educated and knows what professionalism is all about. Were developing a plan to make us as well as the inspectors to be more proactive with restaurant owners. And Im certainly on board with this. The Tulsa County Health Department has some great people working for them. Like Dabrina Hilton and Debbie Watts. Im all for being involved with something positive. Thanks Bruce.
