Ok I have a problem at work the front of the house manager keeps harassing me. I already got into with him on one occasion, and got written up and on my final warning. Today we almost get into it again idk if he racist or if he has something against me for some reason. I honestly just want to knock him out and just leave but Ive put so much hard work into what I do but Im def running out of patience and dont know what I should do.
