Ok I have been watching the tv coverage of the stuff going on in Ferguson Mo. and I have seen pretty much all of the riots, interviews, so called peaceful marchs video from the store that got burglarized and have only a few things to say. First yes it was tragic that a young person was killed either lawfully or unlawfully and its tragic that a police officers life and career is all but over as him and his family have known it and that the dead kids parents have lost a child regardless of who was at fault. Second the killing itself does not justify the way people in that community are acting I understand wanting to get your frustration out but why take it out on the community that you live in and make the people who own those businesses lose their livelihoods and the people who live in that community to scared for their safety to come out of their homes for fear of being beaten or having their property damaged by protesters/rioters. Third for you people who say this officer was just being a racist when he decided to stop these guys for no reason shame on you because what you are saying if true is that this officer could just drive down any given street and just kill anyone randomly so why this kid among all the other people of his color and gender. The plain truth if you open your minds and truely want justice is that this guy just strong armed rubbed a convience store over some cigars that more than likely was going to be used for blunts and didnt care who got hurt cause he was a bigger guy than most people and the officer was patroling the street like he always did for the past 6 years and saw these guys walking down the street and stopped told them to get out of the street and started to drive off and got the call about the robbery and description of the suspect and backed up to confront the suspects and this guy got panicked and tried to force the cop back in his car and hit the officer who at that point defended himself and shot the kid. Did he use excessive force maybe but before you answer that question dress yourself up in a police officers uniform and patrol the streets just one night not knowing whether or not when you hugged and kiss your wife/husband and kids if you might not come home and see if something like this happened if it was excessive for the amount they get paid to risk their lives protecting us I would guess no. What is happening in Ferguson might have started out being about justice by some but doing the things they are doing now is just about hate. Stop the hating Martin Luther King Jr. would be ashamed
