Ok. I have something that I just have to get off my chest. When a subject is being placed under arrest, I can guarantee you its because he or she has broken the law and probable cause exist to place them under arrest. When a Law Enforcement Officer attempts to place someone under arrest and the man or women begins to resist and struggle with the officer, this is called RDO. Resist, Delay and Obstruct. The more that he or she fights with the officer, this gives the Officer justification to use different types of force to control the subject so that he or she may be placed in custody. If you fight and resist with an Officer to the point where an Officer has to Tase you to bring you in compliance, then you brought that on yourself. With that being said. I am SO SICK of seeing stupid videos posted were its clear to see the subject is resisting. Then when a justifiable level of force is used to stop the subject, people post videos saying it wasnt justified, or that its raciest especially when its black cops with black suspects or white cops with whites suspects etc, how is that raciest??? Bottom line, when you act the fool and fight officers when being placed under arrest , if you get tased, pepper sprayed then blame yourself, and be sure you know exactly what the laws are and what is considered to be justifiable force before you start running off at the mouth and posted your lame videos on FB.
