Ok I just got off the phone with Wayne from Wayne Herbet’s Seafood in Westwego Shrimp Lot and here are the price for the Shrimp medium/large shrimp is 21 shrimp per pound for $3.75 Catfish comes in 2 ½ lbs bags for $8.00 or 4 lbs for $10.00 or 15 lbs for $40.00. Boudan can be ordered by the pound with a 2 day notice they have Shrimp Bouda, Crawfish Boudan, and Pork Boudan. He was out of crabs today but said check back with him closer to the date of when I would be going down. Also he can get flounder, tilapia, red snapper, grouper, but he didnt give me a price on them. So there ya go, that gives a better idea of the price for the shrimp and fish. Aslo you can call him at (504) 340-1830 I will be going down there early morning on October 18th with a 24.6 cubic chest type freezer and a Uhaul truck to load it up with seafood and will be back in Clinton on the 19th in the evening or you can meet up with me on the 20th. I will start taking orders on the 15th when i call and get the latest prices and place the orders for the Boudan.
