Ok, I really didnt think I was going to write anything for my CG testimony, but I need a stamp so here goes.. I started CG in July thanks to Angie Jeffcoat. I was not over weight, but very much out of shape. Growing up I was always in a sport/athletics then I grew up and stopped. I have lost a couple pounds, combined 8inches lost but the best part to me is having a coach again! After my first week I told my husband,Man its nice having a coach again. Funny the things you miss! Deanna Mccreight-Hill thank you for pushing me and being an awesome coach! I must say when you tell us we are running suicides (horses as we used to call them) I picture my high school basketball coach, Brian Garner, throwing his clipboard and yelling it! Hahaha!
