Ok I seem to be over the worst of this stupid bug! Must of been a 24 hour thing. So obviously Im thinking about food! Im going to try doing my roast chicken for Sunday lunch in the slow cooker. Have any of you done this before? All you do is place an upside down chicken on foil balls and thats it! Most say an 1 hour on high then 6-7 on low. I think Ill add herbs too, but you dont add any water. Excited!
